You need to do a forearm plank when you have back pain. You need to do this compression exercise regularly for you to do it correctly. When you are a starter, you can last a few minutes since it is a tough exercise. The abdominal muscles are made strong by this compression exercise and hence strengthening the core. It is advisable for one to involve his or her hips, shoulders, and back muscles when doing this compression exercise. Your blades are supposed to be put firmly into your back during this compression exercise. During this compression exercise, your body is supposed to be straight.

When you have back pain, you need to do a spinal twist. A spinal twist can be dangerous when done wrongly and therefore a lot of care needs to be taken when doing it. It eases back pain fast and effectively when done correctly. It should be done slowly to avoid hurting your back especially if you are a starter. Do not force your legs to the ground when exercising. If you are used to doing a spinal you can do it fast.

A knee to chest is another exercise which is known to ease back pain. When you correctly do a knee to chest, you lower back and hips muscle stretch and hence reducing the pressure on the spinal nerves. Some of the ways of using back pain are discussed above.
